Variable: Everyone's body/bone structure/metabolism is different. There is no such thing as a perfect weight despite our media's attention. The typical weight for someone who is 5'1" is between 100 and 120 pounds. Seems you are perfect!

You decide: Ideal weight" charts are based on fallacies. If we believed them, then most triathletes would be "underweight" and most professional football players -- fantastic athletes -- would be "overweight." your ideal weight is whatever looks and feels right to you and enables you to perform your chosen sport(s) best.
