I have ovarian cysts(5-8mm). single oval shaped reddish brown colored thing discharged with this month period after taking orgamed 10mg. was it a cyst?

It was not the cyst.: The flow that comes with your period comes from inside the uterus. The ovaries are separate structures inside your pelvis. Hope this helps.

Several things: I noticed you have asked multiple questions about these "cysts" indicating that you are very worried about them. 5-8 mm is so small they really can not be considered a cyst. A better term is a follicle. Multiple small follicles, a lack of periods and hormonal imbalances is called pcos. Progesterone can be used to trigger a menstrual cycle.

No: Unfortunately, ovarian cysts are not expelled from the vagina.

No: What you saw was likely to have been a small blood clot. During uterine bleeding, clots can form in the passing blood and will sometimes get some proteins on their surfaces making them look unusual. It is also possible that you saw a small piece of uterine lining tissue. An ovarian cyst cannot be passed through the uterus and vagina.
