Tendinitis/bursitis: Without any history of trauma it can be due to following causes 1 lateral epicondylitis(tennis elbow)this can happen with repeatitive actions like washing windows, screwdriver or playing tennis 2medial epicondylitis(golfers elbow) it can be caused repeatitive actions like golf swings and other actions 3 olecranon bursitis inflammation bursa ar top of elbow all treated with rest and non steroidals.
