Aspirate: With thyroid cyst, first line therapy is to aspirate cyst. Recurrence is a risk and you will be monitored. Stay up with your doc visits and medications. If aspiration and monitoring fail, then a surgical removal the thyroid lobe with the cyst will be considered. Good luck.
