Will sharing a bed with my baby make breastfeeding easier?

Yes: If your baby is hungry or needs support/pacification/comforting she doesn't have to travel from where she is...And for that matter, neither does her mommy. This is strictly a personal choice. This may set up a difficult sleep pattern to break when you want your baby to sleep on her own in her own crib, but you can employ a weaning process to get you though the transition.

Yes: Yes, but sharing a bed is more dangerous. Just use a bassinet next to the bed, instead of sharing a bed. A baby sleeping with an adult is at risk of suffocation from fluffy blankets and pillows, from getting his head trapped between the mattress' edge and the wall or headboard, and from getting squashed by a 150-pound adult.
