Tough Call: This is a difficult to thing to assess in this manner. Any symptoms and signs involving the breast, even if it feels like it is just in the skin really needs to be evaluated in person. I would start with your gyn doctor or pcp and go from there. It could be just hormones, or an inflamed cyst or even early shingles. However, you should be seen in person to get an accurate diagnosis.
