Toilet seats & water: Nope. There is absolutely no risk for the common stds and no risk for hep a, b, or c and hiv. All of these infections require a more significant exposure with living tissue, blood or semen... There are some variances on how contagious each of them are. You may do well to learn how many stds there are and how they can be prevented.
