Possible, not normal: If you have a history of migraines, overexertion may trigger one, and migraines sometimes last several days. If this were the case and you experienced a typical migraine, than i would advise less intense exercise. However, i would not usually expect exercise, even overexertion to cause persistant head pain. Talk this over with a doctor to see if more evaluation is needed.
