I hit my head rather hard three days ago. the dull headache continues. noise and a lot of visual stimulation makes it worse. i've even found that it has affected me cognitively. should i go see my dr. or go to er?

Concussion: You have a concussion. Since it is 3 days can go either to ER or Doctor but would go today ( so if doc can't see you today go to ER), They may want to do a CT to make sure no bleed or subtle subdural hematoma. But go today and get CT /MRI today.
