RUQ pain: That is the location of your spleen. Sometimes that can be reffered pain involving left upper chest wall, left lung base, left colon angle. So lots of possibilities. If the pain you feel is after effort is more likely the spleen . If it s happening for awhile, getting worse, associated with shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting go and see your pcp asap.Hope it helps.
