Diet and Exercise: It is normal for children to have regular growth spurts in their youth. Maintaining a healthy and well balanced diet is crucial to their development. Let your child exercise and play regularly to develop musculature and bones appropriately. If the child has "growing pains", tylenol/children's advil/children's Motrin can ease the discomfort/.

Enjoy them. : The alternative is not good. Ibuprofen can help with discomfort.
