Needs evaluation now: Probably 2 separate problems. However sometimes jaw pain is symptom of heart attack. You really should go to emergency room now to be evaluated. I'm not trying to alarm you, but this should be evaluated, not ignored.

Heart: Probably not related but jaw/tooth/chest pain can be a sign of impending heart attack. see MD ASAP, then if tooth still problematic, see DDS.
