It may be many things. I doubt the toothache would cause chest pains, but the opposite can be true. It should be immediately evaluated.

Jaw pain often associated with cardiac issues. Chest pain should be immediately evaluated. Have someone transport you to physician or emergency room, don’t drive yourself. If you are cleared medically, next step is to see your Dentist. Most common cause of toothache is infection.
