Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen): "safety" with Norco applies 1st to making sure you are not taking too much tylenol (acetaminophen) per day. 3-4000 mg per day should be max to keep the liver safe. You are taking 1950mg (325x3x2). The other issue is chronic use of hydrocodone which can lead to addiction, and side effects of drowsiness, nausea, constipation, etc.

Tolerance: After some time taking narcotics, you develop tolerance, your ability to handle more increases. The unfortunate side effect to that is that it will take more to treat your pain effectively and can develop dependence which will require the assistance of your physician to stop those medications when it is time to come off of them.
