I had transv ultrasound after 6 weeks of dermoid ovarian laparoscopy.is it okay to have that?and i thought it was only pressure, i realized it is painful

Yes: It's ok to have an ultrasound but that's strange if you just had laparoscopy. If someone looked in your pelvis 6 weeks ago, i don't quite understand why there is a need to look again with an ultrasound so soon.
