Is lisinopril, used as a hypertensive rx, usually taken in the morning or evening when it is prescribed one time daily?

Either: There is some evidence that this type of blood pressure medication may control your blood pressure better if taken at night. That being said the most important factor in control is a patient taking their medications consistently. Take it the time of day you are least likely to forget to take it. If that is the morning then that is the best time of day for you.
