May be normal: A light pink discharge is not a warning sign for miscarriage and may be related to the fact that the cervix can easily bleed during pregnancy. Recent intercourse may cause slight bleeding of the cervix which may present with pink tinged discharge. Warning signs are bright red vaginal bleeding accompanied by rhythmic cramping, similar to labor pains.
