Ive notice pink discharge after second day of using monistat 7. i am 7 weeks pregnant, is this something to worry about? should i discontinue until my next doctor appointment?

Notify your obstetrician of this spotting and inquire about whether to continue the monistat. I assume you haven't traumatized your vagina when you insert the monistat. Very light spotting in early pregnancy is common and usually not a serious symptom.
