Check with airline: You should check to see how far you can be to travel. A lot of airlines won't let you fly internationally beyond 30 weeks. I would say 2nd trimester is the best time to travel.

Prevent clots: Make sure you get up and walk at least once every other hour. Drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Consider buying compression socks/tights if the flight is particularly long. Try to limit your international flights to before the third trimester.
