Observation: If your not having any symptoms and cyst is not large observation would be the proper course. Most ov cysts during pregnancy will resolve after delivery. Very large cyst my cause labor obstruction if low in the pelvis. If large cyst has benign appearance it may be treated with needle aspiration. You OB schould discuss with you findings and proper management for specific type of cyst. Brignonimd.Co.
