Sure: Beer belly will stress out lower back much like the added weight in the front of pregnant woman. If a guy drinks enough alcohol, and liver starts failing, enlargement of breasts, and small penis added to miserable picture. Back pain will become least of his problems. Girls become depressed with alcohol and for some, eating to feel better. Then the back pain after adding a few pounds.
