A member asked:

After driving for a couple of hours i often have a lot of pain in and around my knee area, particularly the right knee and the area just above the kne?

Knee pain: Depending on your age, this sounds like arthritic pain (if you are older than 50), or more likely, patellofemoral syndrome. Patellofemoral syndrome, also known at moviegoer's knee, can be exacerbated by sitting with a bent knee for long periods -- physical therapy is very effective for lessening the discomfort.
