May be: The gold standard treatment for allergic rhinitis is intranasal steroids sprays. Nasonex (mometasone) is one of them. Different people respond to different ins. Ins for year round allergy should be used on daily basis. If you do not have symptoms after ins, it suggests you are well controlled but not cured. Otherwise, you need to discuss with your doctor.
