What is the best method to estimate my ovulation day? i have pcos. but my menses came on cd40 after i have completed clomid (clomiphene) cycle 1 previously.

Difficult : It is harder to determine ovulation time when your cycles are irregular since we do not know when the next one is coming, you ovulate about 2 weeks before the period starts. In my practice we use ultrasound to determine this. At home you could try using an ovulation prediction kit.
