Dry Indoor Air: The culprit may be the combination of the air conditioner and dry air. Air conditioning will take all the humidity out of the environment, increasing the amount of dryness. In your case, may you be taking in less fluid than you think, because during pregnancy our fluid needs are increased. This is particularly important during the summer months when pregnant women are at risk of dehydration.
