Bent toe: Typically after a broken toe that is malaligned (bent in a direction that is different than straight) heals that way, it stays that way. Most often, the answer is a surgical correction of the toe. This is normally a procedure that is completed quickly and has relatively good results. Talk to a podiatrist to further answer your questions!

Surgical correction: It is possible to straighten the toe through surgical correction. The soft tissue may need to be corrected as well.

Surgery: The only possible solution is to get it evaluated and it will probably require surgery to reposition it.
