A 29-year-old male asked:

It is possible: I am sorry to hear that pvcs ruined your life as they are generally benign. In fact they are often the sign of a healthy heart that responds in real time to neurohormonal input. In any case, people with pvc's either learn to live with them or they just fade away. Sometimes this can happen "suddenly." as in your case. This is certainly nothing to worry about.

Yes: Although commonly there are warning signs called tia's prior to the stroke, it can, like a heart attack, just come on suddenly and without any warning at all.
A 34-year-old member asked:

What bug bite can cause a red dot with no symptoms at all?

Dr. Joseph Bouvier

Any: Any insect bite that has red dots associated with it has shown what is called a "local inflammatory reaction" which is the body's normal response to the bite and is likely related to the insect's saliva or mild venom which may or may not be of concern. If the area enlarges over 2-3 days, becomes painful (as opposed to itchy), starts to ooze, it may have become infected. If so, seek care.
