Common issue: Before 6m infants often adapt to daycare easier because the find people interesting. By 6-15m they realize their primary caregiver is special & have increased separation issues anytime mom tries to go out of sight. Over time she can adapt & learn to view the daycare personnel as trustworthy. It is OK if she cries when you leave her & important that you keep up a predictable pattern.

If you look upset: when you leave her, it will increase her separation anxiety. Ask that the same caretaker meet you daily with a preferred toy. After a quick good-bye, leave calmly. Ask the director to video her behavior 10-15 minutes after you leave. If she cries for over an hour or has physical signs of mistreatment, that's a different story.
