Is there an ssri out there that doesn't decrease insulin sensitivity?

Not likely: There's some overlapping pathophysiology between diabetes and depression, and Insulin resistance can be a part of both conditions. Incidence of depression in diabetic people is 8% - 25%. Investigating the effects of all antidepressants (not just ssri's) on Insulin and glucose metabolism continues. Evidence is mixed w/ssri's, but all produce issues: http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmed/23275337.
