Try: There are many medications for this which is hyper hydrosis. Look into botox, seriously it has shown to stop sweating or deodorant. Powders without corn starch. Most likely a fungus between the toes.

Deodorant: On top of changing shoes and socks more frequently, try moisture control by using spray deodorant on your feet (yes, the same armpit deodorant you buy). This may help decrease moisture and therefore decrease chance of odor. Use spray deodorant, this way it won't get too sticky and guys are more used to spray on feet rather than roll-on. Do this for 2 weeks, if no help, try antifungal cream.

Peeling skin: That is a great breeding place for athlete's foot. Without an exam it is difficult to say definitively , but it sounds like it. See a podiatrist for assistance. Good luck !
