Cardiac arrest: Cardiac arrest is far more likely to happen in someone with severe cardiac abnormality. Having said that abnormalities can be hidden and outwardly healthy folks have rarely had cardiac arrest.

Yes: But very unlikely without other risk factors, smoking, drugs, obesity etc.
