Contact , irritant: The hands are prone to irritation and allergic sensitization especially when one washes one's hands too frequently. Your palm problem may be due to irritation from scented or antibacterial soaps especially if you wash you hands often . Or it may be due to allergic sensitization to a contact allergens such as the latex in latex gloves. Patch tested to a panel of potential allergens may help.
