After what ?: A cleaning? An injection? A filling? An extraction? Without knowing what treatment you had or the condition of your mouth it is hard to say. Maybe you bit it while you were numb. Call your dentist for further assistance.

You Bit your lip: It could be many things, but the most common one is that while still numb, you bit your lip and didn't know you were doing it.

See dentist: Best to have dentist look to see what is causing this swelling. Could be from biting, allergy, cotton left in mouth and chemical burns from bonding procedure.
