Inspissation/stye: You are probably describing little backed up oil gland secretory glands of meibom, and the more red and swollen one is likely a stye. Try warm compresses 2-4 times daily followed by massage with baby shampoo on a clean washcloth. This shod help to relieve the pressure in the stye and also improve the oil gland secretions. You may have to this for a week or so. If no improvement, seek help idoc.
