MCV is very high: Many lab normal values are usually set at lowest 5th per centile to the highest 95th percentile, and thus about 10% of people who are normal would have a value judged too low or too high. In your case the only definitely abnormal value is the MCV of 105.7. Although there may be a nonconsequential reason for a high mcv, in your case, i absolutely recommend to see a hematologist..
