What exactly does hydrocodone feel like, is it best to take it with another pain killer like advil (ibuprofen)?

Hydrocodone: Each person feels different from taking hydrocodone. Some feel sedated, some euphoric or energetic and se feel nothing. There is no need to take it with additional pain killers. Most hydrocodone comes with either tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen.
