Dare I say useful: A european study suggests benefit for emotional distress and spasticity, but weed does not cure or control ms in any way, and is only a very weak symptom reliever at best. It also may cause substantial emotional reactions in some, so, indeed, it can be a tricky "two-edged sword". If you have ms, talk to your neurologist, as cellular receptors are tough areas.

Caution: Multiple long term studies have shown permanent effects on motivation and cognitive processing speed from using marijuana regularly. These are also problems which often arise from MS. So...it would likely set you up for more cognitive problems in the long run.
