Menstrual cramps?: Consider omega- 3 fatty acids or magnesium (supplementation or through diet) with dr ok. Discuss use of herbal like black cohosh with your dr. Sipping chamomile & green tea can dissipate pain. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol & salt. Nsaid’s, warm bath, heating pad & acupuncture are excellent for dysmenorrhea. Get gyn eval – check magnesium & iodine levels & to rule out underlying pathology.
