A member asked:

What could i do to boost kids immune system?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Diet/exercise/shots: A well balanced diet and exercise will allow a kid to develop his/her best immune responses.Breast feeding during the first year adds transient immune factors that will fade over time. Vaccines as recommended by the american academy of pediatrics & the american council on immunization practices will maximize the immune barrier to otherwise worrisome childhood diseases.
