Very interesting!: How about asking your question again, but add details such as age, gender, duration of symptoms, pregnancy status, etc... Breasts make milk under certain hormonal conditions. Sometimes it is normal, while other times it is not. One can see a primary care doctor to check whether his or her situation is normal. Sometimes, blood tests are done, but other times they are not needed.
