Localized pain: Hard to tell and additional evaluation will benefit you. Okay to check in with your regular doc for exam, and evaluation. Your doc will likely order blood work and imaging. Possible diagnosis include diverticuli of colon, hernia, ovarian cyst/mass, kidney stone. Good luck.
