A lesion: There might be an inflammation or lesion of some sort on the cervix that can be a problem or there could be an intrapelvis issue. Have an examination by your gyn doctor to finf out what is the pain generator.

See GYN: Dyspareunia is painful sexual intercourse. Without an examination there is no way to be sure of the cause.
