Genital wart?: A cauliflower like growth in the vaginal area is the most common description for a genital wart. This may be caused by the virus called HPV. There are several treatments for it but true diagnosis may require a physician visit. You may want to look up genital wart on web M.D. and see if that is similar to what you are experiencing. If different, you may require an office biopsy for diagnosis.
