Hams and more: Hamstring pulls may occur with other conditions. Because the four hamstring muscles attach to both the pelvis and leg on both sides of the back of the knee, ongoing pain may involve groin pulls, coccyx, sacrum, hip and other sites adding to your woes. See a rehab doctor (pm&r) as well, especially if the pain hasn't gone with rest, pt, and gradual return to exercise.
