I pulled a hamstring and it hasn't healed in 3 months.?

Possible tear: Ham strings can strain and/or tear. Prolonged healing heightens the concern for a tear. See your doctor to re-evaluate your injury.

Hams and more: Hamstring pulls may occur with other conditions. Because the four hamstring muscles attach to both the pelvis and leg on both sides of the back of the knee, ongoing pain may involve groin pulls, coccyx, sacrum, hip and other sites adding to your woes. See a rehab doctor (pm&r) as well, especially if the pain hasn't gone with rest, pt, and gradual return to exercise.
