Which type of pain do cancer victims feel?

Variable: Cancer does not always cause pain. Most early cancers are in fact painless. Only advanced cancers cause pain, that too if the cancer is either pressing on a nerve or has spread into the bones. Then it can cause severe and persistent pain.
