What to do about pimples on back and bumps on chest?

Scientific Rx: Acne on the trunk almost always requires systemic rx. One start may be tetracycline 500 2x/day plus topical benzoyl peroxide. If this doesn't work, a dermatologist has isotretinoin. Acne is not related to diet, lifestyle, or hygiene, whatever anybody else may tell you.
