Maybe: Some women begin to have cramping before the onset of their bleeding, it may be a normal variation for you. If it is new, if it is very painful, - you can see your doctor for an evaluation to check for cysts, or discuss the possibility of endometriosis. There are many treatment options if it is bothersome to you.
