Yes: Yes. Although not deemed a sexually transmitted disease, it is possible to transmit yeast infections through sexual activity. If the woman has recently taken antibiotics that could be the reason for overgrowth of yeast. Although partners can spread yeast through sex- this is not a common mode of transmission.
