Red tongue: Red or strawberry tongue is a side effect of scarlet fever, kawasaki syndrome, and vit b 12 and Folic Acid deficiency. It may also be a condition called geographic tongue, which is harmless and usually not painful. If this condition has lasted longer than 10 days, you should have it examined by your dentist or an ENT specialist.
