Hygiene first: Make sure you are cleaning well, especially if you are uncircumcised. If you are certain you have good hygiene and that is not of concern, and the smell persists- see your physician. You could have an infection. (does your partner have a vaginal discharge or infection? Trichomonas typically causes fishy discharge) definitely see your doc.
